Maison Valero is a husband-wife owned bakery, born during the 2020 pandemic, in the couple's modest Brooklyn apartment.

What began as a humble endeavor eventually grew from an online-only shop to a brick and mortar bakery.

Born and trained in Paris, co-founder and head baker, Elie Valero, brings more than 14 years of experience and passion for the craft— introducing a French standard of quality to the New York kosher scene.

All products are certified Kosher Parve under the OU and CRC. Pas Yisrael and Kemach Yoshon.
